How long does delivery take?

Dandi will despatch your order within 48 hours. Delivery can take 1 to 10 days depending on your State or Territory.

Once despatched the general guidelines for delivery are:
NSW, VIC, QLD, ACT  allow 2-3 Business days
SA, TAS, WA, NT allow 4-6 Business days

Certain items may take longer to ship, for these items the delivery time will be specified on that items page.

Does Dandi ship internationally?

Yes, international delivery times are approximately 7 to 14 days.

I want to buy a present and send directly to a friend, how do I do it?

If you would like to place an order and send it as a gift to a friend or family member, simply fill in the shipment address with the details you want the order to go to, no receipt will be sent with the order.  The receipt will be sent to the address indicated in the invoice address section.

If you are unsure, simply write us a note in the shipment instructions or email us at info@dandi.com.au after you have placed your order and we will ensure your order is sent correctly.

What if a product is out of stock?

If your product is out of stock, we are in the process of reordering your item. Check the website in a week or two and we should have it in. If you would like to pre order please email the Dandi team info@dandi.com.au

Is the bamboo range food safe?

Yes, you can serve cold or warm food on your bamboo bowls.

How do I care for my Bamboo?

Please be careful not to place in the dishwasher or fully submerged in hot or warm for long periods of time. The surface of the bamboo will fade and you will loose the honey coloured finish. The best way to clean the bamboo is by wiping the surface it with a damp sponge. Do not place in the oven or microwave.

Do Dandi have a shop front I can visit?

We don’t have our own shop front you can visit. Our address is our office address and isn’t open to the public. If you would like to view our range before making a purchase then we suggest you visit one of our wonderful retailers. See our stockist page for locations.
