Our Favourite Dip Recipes

With this beautiful Summer y weather we can’t help but think about entertaining with friends. Here are three of our favourite dip recipes at the moment; naturally we think they look amazing with the contrast of colours flavours and textures against our lovely bamboo dip bowls and entertaining range.
Try them and see for yourself!
Sweet Potato Dip
1 Sweet Potato
2 Cloves of Garlic
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
1 Tbsp Water
1 heaped tsp ground Cumin
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 Cup chopped fresh Coriander
1/2 tsp Chilli Powder (optional)
Pinch of Cayenne Pepper (optional)
Bake Sweet Potato in hot oven for 45-50mins or until tender. Allow to cool. Scoop out flesh and process with garlic until smooth. Mix in other ingredients and serve
Beetroot Dip
4 Beetroots
1 cup Greek Yoghurt
2 tsp Lemon Juice
1 Clove of Garlic
1/2 tsp ground Cumin
1/2 tsp ground Coriander
100g crushed Cashews
20g finely grated parmesan
Bake Beetroot in hot oven for 45-50 mins or until tender. Allow to cool. Gently peel and roughly chop the beetroots. Process with garlic until smooth. Mix in other ingredients and serve
Coriander Cashew Dip
1/2 Bunch fresh Coriander including roots
4 Sun Dried Tomatoes
2 Tbsp Sun Dried Tomato Oil
20g finely grated parmesan
100g Cashews
1/2cm piece of fresh Ginger finely grated
Juice of one Lime
Salt and Pepper
Process all ingredients in a food processor until combined. Mixture should be chunky but spreadable.
