 We have been really busy working on our new range of tea towels for 2012. We took inspiration from various leaf shapes and we have loved experimenting with a new colour palette of dusty pinks, lemon yellows, soft greens and warm greys. A very dear friend of the Dandi team, artist Richard Byers is having an exhibition tonight at the Gaffa Gallery in Sydney. He is showing a selection of recent works made somewhere between Brisbane, Berlin & Tokyo in the last 3 years, including hand drawn silkscreen prints, timber and paper sculptures, audiovisual works and ink drawings on folded paper. All works are reasonably priced so come along and pick up a beautiful artwork for your home. Dandi are extremely proud to show you all our very special thank you from the wonderful team at Bear Cottage. Each year Dandi donate some of our products for the annual Bear Affair fundraising event. Bear Cottage is the first children's hospice in NSW. It is a place where children with terminal illnesses and their families can stay from time to time and receive rest and medical care in a home-like environment. In addition to providing respite and end of life care, Bear Cottage runs a number of other programs aimed to support the entire family. Families do not pay for any Bear Cottage services and all operating expenses are raised entirely through community donations. Please take a moment now and DONATE to this important cause. 1 |
